Summer School on Digital Technologies Hosted by Strathmore University

DIGITAfrica is pleased to share that Strathmore University, in collaboration with DIGITAfrica partners and leading European universities, will host a Summer School on Digital Technologies aimed at strengthening advanced skills in Networking, Cloud Computing, and Artificial Intelligence.

The programme will take place from 23 to 27 March 2026 at Strathmore University in Nairobi, Kenya, and will bring together undergraduate and master’s students, recent graduates, early-career practitioners, and professionals from Kenya and other African countries.

Participants will engage in an intensive week of hands-on learning, expert-led sessions, and networking opportunities with peers, researchers, and practitioners across the continent. The summer school is designed to combine the academic rigour of leading European summer schools with the context of the African digital and innovation ecosystem, ensuring both high-quality technical training and regional relevance.

Upon completion, all participants will receive a recognised certification, validating their newly acquired skills and supporting career development in emerging digital technologies.

DIGITAfrica encourages interested participants to follow the event updates and explore participation opportunities through Strathmore University’s official channels.
