Afratech Annual Conference 2025
The Afratech Annual Conference – African Engineering and Technology is a major scientific and professional gathering held in Dakar, Senegal, bringing together researchers, engineers, innovators, and industry stakeholders to discuss advances in engineering, technology, and digital transformation across Africa. The conference provides a platform for sharing research outcomes, promoting innovation, and strengthening collaboration between academia and industry in support of Africa’s technological development.
DIGITAfrica was represented by project partner Cheikh Anta Diop University, which delivered a presentation during the conference. The presentation showcased DIGITAfrica’s ongoing initiatives in support of digital transformation and provided an overview of the project’s research and innovation activities.
Through this contribution, DIGITAfrica enhanced its visibility within the African engineering and technology community while reinforcing its objectives related to research collaboration, capacity building, and the promotion of digital innovation across Africa and Europe.
